Strange e-mail

Rick./ Sebastian : Happy New year to you and your family (I hopeSebastian gets this e-mail). As we move forward, I know there are someimminent changes in our working relationship. Prior to these changes Iwould like to schedule a conf. call to take care of couple of items:1. Closure on Internal committee2. FY ending June 30. 2007 management bonus. We have agreed to 15% bonusand after all the adjustments FY 2007 net income will be around$525k-$530k ( I will miss my 50k warrants as the threshold was $600k),I recommend bonus to be $75,000 to be shared by Mahesh, Vic, Jim,Carolyn, Robin, Hitendra and myself. FYI, we have paid our GE installment due on 12/31 and cash positionseems to be adequate for our on going needs. Please let me have yourfeedback. Thanks for all your support..Regards.. Harshad
